Epsom & RAC triumph in the John Ling Knockouts
The John Ling Knockouts are played throughout the course of the year by senior golfers over the age of 55.
This years finals took place at Malden Golf Club on Monday 15th September with the John Ling Trophy being contested by Epsom and Farnham and the John Ling Salver by Gatton Manor and Royal Automobile Club.
Epsom triumphed over Farnham by 4 games to 1 to lift the John Ling Trophy for the first time in their history.
In a very closely fought match, Royal Automobile Club were the victors courtesy of a win on the 19th hole to claim a 3-2 win in the John Ling Salver.
Well done to all who played on what was a extremely testing day weatherwise.
