Joshua Jackson wins the U12 Championship
Chobham Golf Club played host to the 2023 U12s championship on Sunday 21st May. The course was in great condition, and the scoring across the field was excellent.
Euhwan Kim had the early clubhouse lead after firing a gross 79, however a couple of groups later, he was replaced at the top of the leaderboard by Joshua Jackson, who shot a brilliant gross 75 around a challenging layout.
After the last group had come in and all of the scores had been checked, no one else had been able to match Josh's score, and so he was crowned U12 champion and winner of the Paul Casey Trophy 2023. AJ Van Emmenis took second place with a 77, whilst Jack Robinson shot 78 to get 3rd place from Yumin Do on countback. Aurelius Lynarko won the handicap prize, shooting an incredibly impressive net 61!
