The Championship will be played off scratch over 36 holes stroke play which will be a qualifying round for handicap purposes.
A Competitor must be 18 years to 25 years old on 31st December 2021 and be a Member of a Club affiliated to Surrey County Golf.
The Handicap Index Limit 9.0 or less, if the Championship is over-subscribed entries will be determined by an exact handicap index ballot after the closing date.
Cost of entry £45.00 (includes food)
