ROOKIE TOUR ENTRY FORM

All entries will be on a first come, first served basis if events are oversubscribed.

Payment must be made to Surrey County Golf Limited. If multiple events are being entered then full payment for each event is due at the time of initial entry.

There will be 12 Rookie Tour events and a player may enter up to a maximum of 9 events in advance. Approximately two weeks before an event any spare places will be offered through a group email. These spare spaces will then be filled on a first come basis. Please keep a note of the number of events you have entered.

There will be 4 YIG's event and a player may enter all 4.

On completion of this form please email rookietour@gmail.com with Rookie Tour and your child/children's name(s) in the Subject line. This will enable us to verify your entry has been received.
