The John Ling Salver Final
Played on Monday 18th October, this was the first time the final was played since the sad passing of John Ling. If John was there to witness the final, he would have been extremely proud as the events that unfolded are only what you wish to see take place in a final.
The final was played between Silvermere GC and Roehampton GC at Tandridge GC.
All the matches were extremely close with two going back out for extra holes! The final group in were guided through the darkness by the lights of the clubhouse acting as a homing beacon.
