In the Surrey Futures coaching at Pachesham Park we have the County's top U14 boys together every month in two sessions. Coaching is lead by Surrey Futures Coaches, John Skinner and John Noble with Andy Horne as assistant coach. The Venue Manager is Mark Packer, the Surrey Golf U14 Manager. Mark commented, "Its great to have the top 30 boys together on one day. They are very focused, learn so much from our excellent Coaches and are highly motivated to follow in the footsteps of Paul Casey, Ross Fisher and Ross McGowan"

An Elite U14 Squad will be formed from a number of these boys over the next month. The Elite Squad will benefit from fitness work, the introduction of psychology , short game emphasis and learning about tournament preparation in addition to upgrading their technique alongside their own coaches. We are delighted that this work is being led by Elite U14 Head Coach, Clive Tucker. Clive has extensive experience of coaching tour professionals including David Howell and Graeme McDowell and is a tremendous addition to our team.  Clive is joined by Elite U14 Coach, John Skinner who provides an essential link between the Elite and Surrey Futures coaching and brings a wealth of experience in coaching junior golfers.
